Since the beginning of 2017 I have been involved in Diversity and Inclusion efforts within my current company:
At Mosaic we strive to include, support, and develop staff members from all cultural and racial identities. As the VP of Communications I manage our Boardwalk website (internal), our newsletters sent via Eloqua, our Chatter page, and our Communications Committee.
I serve as the co-chair for our Sales and Marketing Solutions cohort of Women at CEB. I have been responsible for planning networking events, development/training opportunities, and working with leadership to enhance awareness and exposure of our community.
The
Ormsby IAP foundation is a foundation set up by my great grandfather designed to benefit disadvantaged children in rural Mexico. The Hogar is a boarding home for boys and provides after school tutoring and life skills for boys and girls in the hopes of setting them up for success in college.
